abbey farm glamping & cottage in thame exceeded our expectations during our family holiday. the hut was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. the views of the rolling tundra were breathtaking. we loved the hot tub and the seclusion of the location.

Second year staying, knew exactly what to expect. Georgina goes the extra mile providing everything we need. BBQ, chiminea, and hot tub made our evenings cozy. Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom is a nice touch. Comfy, clean bed. Beautiful view and sunrise. Shepherd's hut is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Perfect size for two. Will definitely return.

We had a delightful stay at the Shepard's Hut at Abbey Farm. The attention to detail was impeccable, with pristine surroundings and lovely views. The rural setting provided a tranquil and private atmosphere, while still having the comfort of the farmhouse nearby if needed. Waking up to incredible sunrise views and the sight of red kites swooping over the fields was truly breathtaking. The hut itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed, including a hot shower. It was the perfect cozy retreat for the two of us. We will definitely be returning again.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The hot tub was a highlight, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The shepherd's hut itself was spacious and impeccably decorated, exceeding my expectations from the online photos. I also appreciated the thoughtful details like the Egyptian cotton towels and the mini BBQ. Despite a minor challenge with getting the chiminea started due to damp logs, it didn't affect my overall experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy another wonderful stay at Abbey Farm Glamping & Cottage.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely little getaway! The Double room at Abbey Farm Glamping & Cottage was in immaculate condition and had more than the essentials that you need for a staycation. The location was peaceful, surrounded by sheep and horses, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery while taking a walk around the farm. The owners were incredibly accommodating, and the entry process was easy and convenient. it was a perfect break for a couple looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time away.

The location was perfect - close enough to nearby towns, but far away enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside. I felt completely safe and secure during my solo trip. The communication with the owners was excellent, and they were always available to assist if needed. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding area, with Red Kites soaring above me every day. Having a toilet/shower and hot water in the hut was a luxurious touch, and the outside chiminea provided the perfect ambiance for stargazing nights. The convenient bus stop nearby meant I didn't even need a car to explore the area. I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Abbey Farm Glamping & Cottage for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

It was a great alternative to a usual hotel room. The attention to detail was impressive and the hut was immaculately clean. We also received great service from Georgina, the owner. it was a 5-star experience and we would definitely return.
